Durrat Al Eiman Hotel

We had a wonderful experience! 🌟 The front desk, housekeeping, and security staff were all very attentive to our needs. The location is excellent — with easy access to the Haram, minimal roads to cross, and multiple convenient entry points. Special thanks to the friendly female front desk staff, as well as Ustaz Muhammad, Mr. Mamun Akando, and Asad from housekeeping — all of whom were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more comfortable.

It was a comfortable stay as it was clean with sufficient closet space, prayer mat, extra pillow. Housekeeping guy Farouk was very friendly and polite. He always greeted us and able to provide what we asked for such as fresh towels. Location is good as very close to mosque and not too far from everything.

Was given a free upgrade to Deyar Al Eiman Hotel, which was really good and appreciated! Also, to accommodate a child, a larger room was provided with an extra full-size bed, which was also generous of the hotel.

Check in time on booking.com was 4 pm but I appreciate the check-in I got early as soon I reached hotel after zuhr. I had booked a 4 bed room for which they gave me 2 bedrooms with 5 beds which was good. Although the space was not much, we liked it. The housekeeping staff Mr. Shakil and Mr. Mamum Akando were friendly and helpful. They provided very good service and we're willing to help. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the masjid. So convenient. During check out Mr. Ibrahim and his staff supported to get my car out from hotel parking since parking spot was little tight corner. Note: In Taiba Building near masjid there are restaurants and shops.

It's our 2nd year in a row stay at Durrat. we know our way round so it was convenient for us as family. It may not be as close as other hotels but still within close proximity to the Masjid and women entrance. however Rawdah is on the other side, around 5-7 min walk from the entrance.
